Mimi Fontana is a fully certified Pilates Mat and Equipment Instructor based in New York City. She offers personalized one-on-one training customized for each individual. Meet your fitness goals with an alignment focused workout using mat, reformer, chair, cadillac/tower. Interval and Suspension Training also available
Programming is individually tailored to suit each client's goals and needs, and may incorporate injury rehabilitation and prevention, pre- or post-natal Pilates, mid-life fitness for women (osteopenia and osteoporosis), and/or how to help your golf swing!
